The app may provide risk checks, possible outcomes, safer alternatives, and practical suggestions for situations such as workplace communication, customer response, family or relationship conversations, travel, exercise, purchases, contracts, money decisions, and general consultations.
RiskWise AI does not provide professional legal, medical, financial, psychological, safety, or other expert advice. The information provided by the app is for general informational and decision-support purposes only. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. For professional matters, please consult a qualified professional.
You agree to use RiskWise AI responsibly and lawfully. You should not rely solely on AI-generated responses for important or high-risk decisions. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.
RiskWise AI may offer auto-renewable subscriptions, such as a monthly premium plan. Subscription details, including the title, duration, price, and included benefits, are displayed in the app before purchase.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
Some features may be available for free, while other features may require a paid subscription. We may change, add, or remove features from time to time.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its operation, use it for illegal purposes, or submit content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your specific situation. RiskWise AI does not guarantee that any response will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.
RiskWise AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of the app or its content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use RiskWise AI.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
