Profile Information / 프로필 정보: language, age group, gender (optional), MBTI (optional), preferred tone, selected character, and other optional profile inputs
Consultation Data / 상담 데이터: chat messages, consultation category, and conversation history
Usage and Subscription Data / 사용 및 구독 정보: free usage count, premium status, and purchase-related state needed to provide premium service
Device and Log Data / 기기 및 로그 정보: basic technical information required for service operation, stability, and troubleshooting

2. How We Use Information / 정보 이용 목적

To provide AI-based risk prediction and consultation services
To sign in users and manage accounts
To save and restore conversation history
To manage the free usage limit and premium access
To process purchases and maintain premium access status
To improve app stability, quality, and user experience

3. Services We Use / 사용하는 외부 서비스

Firebase Authentication: user login and account authentication
Cloud Firestore: storage of profile, usage, and conversation-related data
Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchase: purchase processing and premium status support

사용자 데이터는 앱에서 사용하는 안전한 클라우드 서비스에 저장될 수 있습니다. 서비스 제공, 법적 의무 준수, 분쟁 해결 및 약관 이행에 필요한 기간 동안 정보를 보관할 수 있습니다.

계정 삭제 요청이 접수되면, 법적 또는 보안상 일정 기간 보관이 필요한 정보를 제외하고 관련 데이터를 삭제하거나 비식별 처리할 수 있습니다.

We take reasonable steps to protect user information, including transmission over encrypted connections where supported and access control on our backend systems. However, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
