1. How to Request Account Deletion / 계정 삭제 요청 방법

To request deletion of your RiskWise account, please send an email to:

2. Data That Will Be Deleted / 삭제 대상 데이터

• Account identifier related to the app
• Profile and preference data stored in the app backend
• Conversation history stored for the account
• Usage count and premium-status-related app data where deletable

3. Data That May Be Retained / 일정 기간 보관될 수 있는 데이터

Some limited data may be retained for a reasonable period when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, billing record handling, or security purposes.

법적 의무, 보안, 사기 방지, 분쟁 처리, 결제 기록 대응 등을 위해 일부 정보는 일정 기간 보관될 수 있습니다.

4. Processing Time / 처리 기간

We will review valid deletion requests and process them within a reasonable period.
